Use the Arm Bone to conk each one of the skulls and find out what note they play. Pick this up first, then start to place the skulls you collected from earlier on the spikes. When she emerges, run back down and pick up the score sheet. Head up to the ship's bell and ring it once for a vote. She won't part with it easily, so you'll need to find a way to distract her. The last thing to grab is the music sheet that Flair is working on. This references February 17th in his diary and is the page where you can find the answer. LeChuck says there's a problem with the catchphrase, so he's using the one from the 17th. You'll find multiple entries that talk about his catchphrase, but the one that hints at where you can find the answer is April 10. It's empty as he's on Monkey Island, but a book will have appeared on the shelves to the right. ![]() ![]() Then return to Putra, give her the Tentacle and ask her to cook the dish for you. Use your Knife on the very dead squid to slice off a Tentacle. On the right side of the beach, you'll now see a very dead squid. Unfortunately, she's all out of tentacles, so head back to the beach near the volcano. Ask her about LeChuck's favorite food and she'll tell you it's tentacles with daisy sauce. You'll need to head down into the Galley to speak to Putra. Guybrush is tasked with working out three things: Now you're back on board, it's time to work out LeChuck's secrets. Climb up to LeShip and use the book in your inventory to transform before you click climb over the railings. Give this to the Pirates and they'll turn it into a magical book that will disguise you as Gullet, so you can get back on board LeShip. With the secret Book Of Poems in hand, return to the Giant Monkey Head. Give this to Gullet, and he'll hand over the Book Of Poems. Open your inventory and pull out the Business Card that the Museum Curator handed you earlier. He won't give them to you, so you'll need something to convince him otherwise. He'll ask you to help him with some rhymes, then you can ask to see the poems. Ask him what the Notebook is and keep asking until you can offer to help him with his poems. Now that you're not in your zombie disguise, Gullet is a lot nicer and you'll catch him in the middle of writing. Go all the way to the left instead and back down to the rudder, where, yes, Gullet is still trapped. If you try to go over the railings, you'll be kicked back off the ship straight away. Pick up the last Skull, then climb the Anchor. You'll have 8 minutes to explore here too, but head all the way to the left, and go past the Anchor. LeChuck's ship is docked just off of Volcano Beach in the west, so make your way back there. They'll offer to help you get back on the ship, but they need a secret from a crewmember first to perform some magic. You can find them at the Giant Monkey Head in the east of Monkey Island. The first thing you need to do is find a way to sneak back onto LeChuck's ship, so follow the Pirates and go speak to them to learn more.
